1. Find a person who is responsible for supply decisions by determining the type and size of your company

• In small companies it is usually the owner, office manager or assistant in your department.
• In medium-size companies it is usually the managing director or procurement manager.
• In large companies it is the corporate social responsibility manager, general director (CEO), marketing director, procurement manager or catering manager.

Ask these people to buy Fairtrade products to your workplace and offer to provide them with more information. If they are still not convinced move on to the next step.
